Is the Nilgiri toy train included?
Tickets are not included and cannot be guaranteed — the Ooty–Coonoor heritage train sells out and runs to its own schedule. Tell us when you book and we will plan the Coonoor day around a train slot and help you get tickets.
Is this price per person or for the whole trip?
The price shown is a starting price and it covers two travellers — the vehicle, the driver and the rooms listed. If there are more than two of you it costs more, because that means more room nights and sometimes a larger vehicle. Tell us how many are travelling and we will confirm the room split and the exact figure in writing before you pay anything.
What is not included in the price?
Entry tickets, boating and safari charges, lunch and dinner, and tolls, parking and permits on the route. We quote those on top instead of burying them in the headline number, so the figure you agree is the figure you pay.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. The 3 days 2 nights Ooty plan below is what most people book, not a fixed rail. Drop a stop, add a night, start a day later — send us what you want on WhatsApp and we will rewrite it and re-quote.
Do you pick up from my house?
Yes. Pickup and drop are at your address in Bengaluru, at the time you choose. There is no meeting point and no shared vehicle — the cab is yours for the whole trip.
How do I confirm the booking?
Send your dates on WhatsApp. We send back the full quote in writing, you pay an advance to lock the dates and hotel, and the balance is settled at the start of the trip.
